Meet Legacy German Shepherds

I grew up on a farm surrounded by horses, goats and of course, dogs. From an early age I was active in 4-H showing goats and horses. Raising animals has always been a part of my life, and those years taught me the importance of choosing animals not just for their looks, but also for their health and temperament.
That is the philosophy that I have carried into Legacy German Shepherds today. I believe that while not every pet is a show dog, every show dog is first and foremost a beloved pet. Each puppy is nurtured from the moment it's born with daily care, socialization and lots of love so that they can grow into happy, well-balanced companions.
I make my home in rural western Pennsylvania, surrounded by beautiful farmland and mountains - the perfect backdrop for raising and training German Shepherds. Our dogs enjoy plenty of fresh air, open space, and a family environment where they are a part of our everyday life.
At Legacy German Shepherds, my goal is to provide families with not only a beautiful German Shepherd that represents the breed standard, but also a loyal, loving companion who will be part of the family for years to come.
